1. Dispatch occurs within 3-5 working days after payment is received.
2. Delivery is free for all orders over R450.
3. For all orders under R450 delivery is charged at a rate of R99.

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we generally do not accept exchange or returns.

However if the items are damaged upon receiving them, please contact us within 12 hours of receiving the damaged item. so that we may resolve the issue as stress free as possible.
